Dried Oranges

What you’ll need

  • Large Navel Oranges. They will shrink during the cooking process so the bigger the better.

  • Several baking sheets covered in parchment paper - this prevents them from sticking during the dehydration process

Process:

  • Preheat oven to 250º

  • Cut Oranges 1/4” thick

  • Bake for 2.5 - 3 hours

  • Flip several times throughout the dehydration process
