Six ways to use Dried Oranges in your Holiday Decor
I decided to jump on the dried orange trend trend this year! In just a few hours and a few dollars spent, you can find dried oranges all throughout our home. You can use them in so many different ways to spruce up your holiday decor. For those of you that are not familiar with this trend, it’s super easy!
What you’ll need
Large Navel Oranges. They will shrink during the cooking process so the bigger the better.
Several baking sheets covered in parchment paper - this prevents them from sticking during the dehydration process
Process:
Preheat oven to 250º
Cut Oranges 1/4” thick
Bake for 2.5 - 3 hours
Flip several times throughout the dehydration process
Where to use your Dried Oranges
Now the fun part… dispersing your dried oranges throughout your home! Below I have laid out six different ways you can integrate dried oranges in your holiday decor. There are tons of other ways but these are how I have use them in our home. I really love the pop of color and texture they bring to Christmas greenery.
